B.C. just went through a referendum on electoral reform, and it looks like the City of Vancouver might be next. New Mayor Kennedy Stewart is talking about moving Vancouver from its current at-large system of electing City Council – in favour of wards, where councillors are elected to represent specific neighbourhoods.

Most other large Canadian cities use wards, but Vancouver has rejected the idea several times over the years. Is anything different today?
